Work With Me

Finding your way
back to each other

I offer therapy, coaching, and intensive experiences for parents, couples, and individuals — virtually and in person. We start with what you want, and work together to get there.

01

Couples Therapy

Every relationship has moments of disconnection. Whether you're navigating conflict, growing apart, or simply wanting more — couples therapy creates a safe space to slow down, be honest, and find your way back to each other.

We'll work to understand the patterns keeping you stuck, rebuild trust and communication, and strengthen the connection that brought you together.

Parent Coaching

Parenting is one of the most important — and most challenging — relationships of your life. If you're feeling disconnected from your child, reactive, or unsure how to break old patterns, parent coaching gives you practical tools and a deeper understanding of what's really going on.

We'll focus on building a healthy, stabilizing connection with your child — one that can weather the hard moments and grow stronger over time.

Individual Therapy

Sometimes the most important relationship to repair is the one with yourself. Individual therapy is a space to explore what's shaping your patterns — in relationships, in parenting, in life — and to begin rewriting the story.

Using an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, we'll work gently and curiously with the parts of you that have been driving the bus, so you can lead from a more grounded, connected place.

Family Sessions

When the whole family is struggling, individual work isn't always enough. Family sessions bring everyone together to work on communication, repair, and connection — whether you're navigating a difficult transition, a rupture in trust, or simply want to strengthen how your family relates to one another.

Couples & Parent Intensives

Some things are too big for 50 minutes.

When a relationship is in real pain — or when patterns have been stuck for years — weekly therapy can feel like bailing out a boat one cup at a time. An intensive gives us the time to actually go there. To say the things that have been waiting. To work through what comes up, instead of leaving it unresolved until next week.

Over one day or a full weekend, we do concentrated, in-depth work together — the kind that can move you further than months of weekly sessions, because we finally have the space to let it unfold.

You might be ready for an intensive if you're in crisis and need focused support, if you've felt stuck despite weekly therapy, or if your schedule makes consistent sessions hard to maintain.

With 18 years of experience, I offer intensives for both couples and parents — because sometimes the relationship that needs the most attention is the one with your partner, and sometimes it's the one with your child. Both deserve more than an hour.

An intensive is a significant investment — in time, in honesty, and in the relationship you want to have. If you're wondering whether it's the right fit, a free consultation is the best place to start.

What Parents Are Saying

“Kimberly is an incredible coach. Her expertise, compassion, and belief in parents helped us feel confident and supported in this work. I believe this is valuable work for every parent who is willing to look inward to support their personal growth and their growth as a parent.” Robin

“The No-Conflict Family Meeting course and support from Kimberly was worth much more than I paid. It took some effort and commitment as most things do when they are worthwhile. The outcome for my family has been tremendous. We’re more open and the problems that seemed insurmountable have disappeared.” Josh

“Kimberly listens intently and distills what you're saying quickly and concisely, and never seems to bat an eye at whatever might be hanging us up. She makes you feel normal, even in your most vulnerable moments.” Abby
